Make your own homemade gummies that are rich in protein, filled with antioxidants, and full of healthy benefits!
Made with apple cider vinegar and your favorite green tea blend, these homemade treats come loaded with gut-healing nutrients. Best part is, they’re super easy to prep and make the perfect go-to snack for lunches or road trips.
Fresh lemon slices give these gluten-free gummies the perfect amount of citrus flavor for a sweet and sour kick (no refined sugars necessary). Its soft and chewy texture comes from the added grass-fed gelatin. Plus, it helps to curb cravings, while giving your immune system an extra boost.
To get started, combine the water, green tea, and fresh lemon slices together in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat, then let the tea steep for the next 10 minutes. When finished, strain the tea and transfer to a medium mixing bowl.

Next, combine the tea mixture with the apple cider and stir to combine. Allow it to cool for five minutes and return to the saucepan. Gradually sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture (with the heat off) and stir for two minutes – this will allow it to hydrate. Note: Do not dump in the gelatin powder all at once or it will clump. When finished, turn the heat to medium-low and continue stirring for five minutes or until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Then, pour the mixture into the silicone molds and let it chill in the refrigerator for one hour. Before removing them from the fridge, you’ll want to ensure the gummies are firm to touch. When fully chilled, remove the gummies from their molds and serve immediately! You can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to one week in the fridge.
Tip: This recipe uses green tea, but you can also substitute with black or red tea.
