- ¼ cup magnesium
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Place the blueberries and water in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Transfer the blueberries into a medium mixing bowl. Stir in the gelatin and magnesium.
- Let the mixture sit for two minutes, or until it gets bubbly and thick.
- Transfer the mixture back into the blender and blend again until smooth. This prevents the mixture from getting gritty.
- Spoon the mixture into the silicone mold cavities, filling to the top. Freeze for two hours, then enjoy! Keep gummies in the freezer for up to 60 days.
