Whip up guilt-free Nutella in just 25 minutes using four simple ingredients!
Nutella is so much fun to eat by the spoonful. However, its ingredients contain toxic additives that can be damaging to your health. Instead, try whipping up your own homemade version with minimal fuss and plenty of nutrients.
With just four simple ingredients – raw hazelnuts, dark chocolate, raw honey, and coconut milk – this Paleo-approved Nutella is free from harmful preservatives, gluten, and dairy. It tastes just as good as the original, plus you get the added bonus of digestive-friendly honey with antioxidant-boosting dark chocolate.

Start by roasting the hazelnuts for 15 minutes. Then, wrap them in a paper towel and rub them together until the skins come off.
Next, heat the coconut milk in a large skillet and add in the chocolate and honey. Tip: I used coconut milk in this recipe, but you could also use almond milk or any other non-dairy milks as alternatives. Mix well until all the chocolate is fully melted and becomes a thick brown mixture.
Finally, combine the chocolate mixture and roasted hazelnuts together in a blender and process until you have a smooth creamy texture. Then, transfer the homemade Nutella into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
