The love child of chocolate pudding and guacamole, this Chocomole hybrid makes for a tasty snack and a sweet dessert!
Made with fresh avocado, raw cacao powder and maple syrup, this Chocomole dip is silky and sweet. Full of healthy antioxidants, good fats and fiber, this is one dessert-snack that will keep you – and your sweet tooth – feeling satiated.
All you need to make this chocolaty dip is an electric blender. Pulse all the ingredients together until smooth, adding more water as needed.
Note: You can also use almond milk, cashew milk or any other dairy-free milk instead of water.

Once the chocomole has the perfect silky consistency, serve it in a bowl sprinkled with chopped cashews and fresh green apple slices. The sweet-salty combination is simply delicious beyond words!

Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados
- ½ cup raw cacao powder
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup water (or more, if necessary)
- 1 T chopped cashew nuts, for sprinkling on top
- 1 green apple, cored and cut into slices, for serving
Instructions
- Remove the seed from the avocados and cut the flesh into small pieces.
- Combine avocado, raw cacao powder, maple syrup, and water in an electric blender.
- Pulse until smooth. If mixture is too thick, add one tablespoon of water at a time until you’ve reached the desired consistency.
- Transfer Chocomole into a bowl, top with chopped cashews, and serve with sliced green apple!
