Instead of reaching for chemical-laden throat sprays that do little to fight the underlying causes of a sore throat (bacteria, weakened immune system, etc.), reach for this soothing throat spray that doubles as an immune boosting tonic.
The thickness of raw honey helps to coat the throat and relieve soreness. If you can find Manuka honey, which is a high grade honey with medicinal properties, it is highly recommended. Otherwise, raw organic honey is potent as well with a high level of immune boosting minerals, enzymes and amino acids.
