Super Fudgy Single-Serving Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 3 T unsweetened almond milk
- 1 T almond butter
- 1 T maple syrup
- 2 T cocoa powder
- 3-4 T almond meal
- ¼ t baking soda
- Dash salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small ramekin or oven-safe mug, combine the almond milk, almond butter, and maple syrup; mix well.
- Add the cocoa powder, almond meal, baking soda, and salt; mix well.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Let cool. (The cake has a dense, fudgy texture, so this helps it firm up just a bit).
- Dust with cocoa powder, and enjoy!
