The PaleoHacks community has spoken and we have listed! The band is back together. We have a bunch of podcasts lined up.
To start things off, I get into some Paleo diet recipes with Heather Connell, a certified Holistic Nutritionist and voice behind Multiply Delicious. She has some great recipe cookbooks and another coming out in a few months. Her published cookbooks ares Paleo Everyday, which has 70 recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Paleo Sweets And Treats. I recommend both, but love how the second book provides season treats, so you don’t lose your mind and eat that donut screaming at you from the local bakery. Don’t do it! Eat real food. 🙂
Her next book will cover Paleo superfoods, which is what drives her passion in Paleo so stay tuned.

Our main event on this podcast is none other than Tony Federico. Tony asks tough questions, such as is there really such a thing as the “paleo diet” and if we should ditch the whole caveman thing altogether, plus introduces some foods we can add into our diet for instant energy and longevity health.
Tony can be found at Fitness In An Evolutionary Direction and he is a fellow podcaster over at Paleo Magazine Online.
Always fun chatting with another podcast friend, so buckle up!
Make sure you pay attention to when Tony and I discuss:
- Why YOU are eating poison everyday (and you don’t know it!)
- Is there REALLY such thing as the “paleo diet”?
- Slim fast, GMOs, and the Zombie Apocalypse
- Why the whole “caveman” act is doing more harm than good.
- How to eliminate sugar cravings effortlessly.
- Being average is NOT a good thing.
- Why people fail on the Paleo Diet.
- How to do Paleo on a tight budget!
By the way, I have a new site up, new podcast up, filled with awesomeness…as always! Check. It. Out.
Now listen to Tony, Heather, and yours truly.
